40 minutes from Bergama to Aliağa for your wedding

From Bergama it's about 50 km south to Aliağa on the Izmir–Çanakkale road, around 40 minutes. Shortly after you pass Şakran, you're in Aliağa.

For families who live in Bergama and have relatives in Aliağa, Menemen or Izmir, Aliağa is in the middle. Your guests in Bergama get here in 40 minutes, and those on the Izmir side don't have to go all the way up to Bergama.

The garden

Vionna is an open-air wedding garden in the centre of Aliağa, in Kültür Mahallesi. The tables are set under the trees, and the dance floor is under the lights. There's an arched bridal aisle at the entrance and a separate bridal suite for the bride and groom. The garden holds up to 1,200 people, and there's a car park.

We run two sessions a day, midday and evening, and there's only one event in the garden in each session. As well as weddings, we host engagement parties, henna nights, civil ceremonies, church-style ceremonies, graduation parties, hen and stag parties, birthday parties and circumcision celebrations (sünnet). We don't have an indoor hall, and the season runs from May to October.
