Aliağa for couples coming from Foça and Yeni Foça

Most couples in Foça or Yeni Foça who are looking for a wedding venue start close to home. Things change once the guest list is ready. Some guests live in Foça, some in Aliağa and some in Izmir. That puts Aliağa in the middle for everyone.

From Yeni Foça to us it's about 23 km, around 20 minutes. From Foça it's roughly 40 km, 35–40 minutes. Guests coming from Karşıyaka are here in 35 minutes on the motorway, and in summer they don't get caught in the traffic on the Foça road.

Trees instead of the sea

You can't fault the sea at Foça. Our garden isn't on the coast, it's under the trees. There are tables set up in the shade, string lights that come on in the evening, an arched bridal aisle and a pavilion with columns.

The garden holds up to 1,200 people, and there's a car park. We run two sessions a day, and there's only one event in the garden in each session. We don't have an indoor area. Weddings take place in the open air, between May and October.

We also host henna nights, engagement parties and promise ceremonies (söz) in the same garden. Having the henna night and the wedding in the same place makes the preparations a lot easier.
