An open-air wedding in Aliağa for couples coming from Manisa

From Manisa to Aliağa via Menemen it's about 60 km, around an hour depending on traffic. We're not right on your doorstep, and we'd rather say so from the start. But if one side of the family lives in Manisa and the other in Aliağa, Menemen or Izmir, Aliağa makes a sensible meeting point for both sides.

Our garden is in the centre of Aliağa, in Kültür Mahallesi. Once you're in the town you're here in a few minutes, with no hunting for an address along village roads. There's a car park.

For guests coming from further away

If a big family is coming from Manisa, hiring a shuttle bus is the easiest option. It brings everyone in one go and drops them back at the same place when the wedding ends. If you have a lot of elderly guests, the midday session makes the journey home easier. Nobody has to set off at midnight.

The garden

Weddings take place in the open air, under the trees. There's an arched bridal aisle, a dance floor under the lights, a pavilion with columns and a separate bridal suite for the bride and groom. The garden holds up to 1,200 people.

We run two sessions a day, midday and evening, and there's only one event in the garden in each session. We don't have an indoor hall, and our season runs from May to October. As well as weddings, we host engagement parties, henna nights, civil ceremonies, church-style ceremonies, graduation parties, hen and stag parties, birthday parties and circumcision celebrations (sünnet).
