Privacy and cookies

This page explains what we do with your personal data when you visit vionnaevent.com or contact us. It is our privacy notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, for visitors from the EU and the UK, under the GDPR.

When you visit the site

There are no accounts, forms or comments on this site; we do not ask you for any information. Pages, fonts and photographs are served from our own server, so opening a page does not connect your browser to any other company. For security and troubleshooting our server may keep connection records (IP address, time, requested page) for a short period; they are not shared with anyone.

The Instagram posts shown on the site are also served from our server. When you tap a post, the WhatsApp button or the directions link, the relevant company's (Meta, Google) page opens and their privacy policy applies from that point on.

Cookies

Strictly necessary: a single entry in your browser remembers your cookie choice; it is not sent to us. We use no other necessary cookies.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads): Google's measurement tag is loaded only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Google then sets cookies (e.g. _gcl_au, IDE) to count visitors who reached the site through our advert; this data is transferred to Google LLC (USA) and is subject to Google's privacy policy. If you do not accept, no measurement code runs and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page.

When you contact us

When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your name, phone number and message; during an event consultation also details such as the date and number of guests. We use this information only to answer you, arrange a visit and plan your event (legal basis: steps prior to a contract, KVKK art. 5/2-c, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). It is never sold or used for advertising. If no booking is made, the information is deleted after the consultation; if a booking is made it is kept for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether we process your data, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Visitors from the EU and the UK also have their GDPR rights of access, erasure, portability and complaint to a supervisory authority. Send your request to the email or postal address above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
